Tirukoilur smaill dam filled after 7 years

Tirukoilur smaill dam filled after 7 years within a day rain by "Ronu" cyclone.  Now Sathanur dam also have more than 95 feet of water which help us to solve three districts water problem in coming months.  Tiruvannamalai, Villupuram and Cuddalore District may get water for three or four months.  But it's giving severe problem faced by the people of the three district which may not hear by the Tamil Nadu Government.

Anyway happy to see the water at Then Pennai after long time and I will update the photos soon here.

Water level at Sathanur Dam

Water level at Sathanur Dam as on 30th October 2015 its having 85 feet which is not enough to open the shutter.  I hope after November it will reach 100+ feet to make it possible to see the water in the river this year.

We didn't see the water in Then Pennai last five year and I hope to see the next incoming government should be merged kaveri, then pennai and palar to make huge water surplus in Tamil Nadu North District which help us to improve our water level and to improve our agriculture cultivation.

Kaveri, Then Pennai and Palar should be merged to share the wastage water in monsoon period of October to December.  I don't think all the district collectors in North Tamil Nadu didn't work much for the people or to give mass plan for the people.

They should have their own ideas and forecasting the future of the Districts.  I really fed-up with the Villupuram, Thiruvannamalai, Dharmapuri, Vellore, Cuddalore, Kanchipuram District collectors didn't plan for this river connection.

They don't think  about people because they don't have time to satisfy the politicians who currently rule the Tamil Nadu Government.  Now we are planning to start a new organisation for Then Pennai river base people which should insist the river connection between Palar and Kaveri within two years time.

My personal thanks to Andhra Pradesh who planned well to merge rivers to share the water between four or five districts and I hope Tamil Nadu Government should take responsible to satisfy the farmers of North Tamil Nadu and share the water surplus to our people who need more water for North Tamil Nadu.

How to get water to Thenpennai

Now people may get upset from Villupuram, Cuddalore, Vellore, Tiruvannamalai, Dharmapuri, Thiruvallur and Kanchipuram don't get more water from this year rain season.  We don't think about it more because the Government may not think about it, Collectors may not think about it, all government chief engineers may not think about it and people may not think about it but they need water.  How it comes?  I too don't about it but we can have some alternatives from nature calamities.

We should have two alternatives to get more water from other nearest river like Kauveri which may have waster more than 20 tmc waters in a year in August and October.  Government should think about it because it's only the way to get more water to Thenpennai and Palar which help us to share the water to get more water source to all this five districts.

Water is the main key for all the human life but we may not think about it now.  When we have bigger problem then we will make huge problem.  So I request to the Government, all the District Collecters, Chief Engineers and Central Government should have proper plan to share the waste water into Thenpennai and Palar which help us to get more production in agriculture and safe life for all the five district people.

Thenpennai river may not give water to South Arcot

Thenpennai river may not give water to South Arcot because last month kelavarapalli dam has reached 44 feet water.  It has opened 1500 sq.feet water released by the dam but still the water could not reach Krishnagiri Dam.

South Arcot District has divided as Villupuram and Cuddalore District but most of the areas are found dry area only because of swindling sand in Thenpennai river.  So we didn't have water last three years in this river but this year still we couldn't find dots of water in it.

I hope god may forgive us to give water to us this year which help us to get drinking water to these district and including Tiruvannamalai and Dharmapuri District.

Then Pennai Water Position today

Then Pennai Water Position today is on 81 feet of water and I hope it will be reaching above 110 feet soon.  We all pray god to reach this 110 level soon because all our farmers from Dharmapuri, Thrivannamalai, Villupuram and Cuddalore pray to get water from Then Pennai river.

Also I need to get support from all these Districts people to integrate with Kaveri, Thenn Pennai and Palar rivers to get more water to these districts.  We have lost 10 TMC Water in last August 2014.  So we should aware of it and to explain about it Salem, Tanjore District Farmers to share this water to us.

Six River inter-linking projects will be implemented by Indian Government

Six River inter-linking projects will be implemented by Indian Government soon but we need to interlink with Kaveri and Then Pennai river which help us to get more waste water from Kaveri.  I hope it will help us to get more water to Then Pennai and Palar.

I have seen a webpage news about Six River inter-linking projects will be implemented by Indian Government but it must be also include Kaveri and Then Pennai River and also Then Pennai and Palar will be inter-linked to get more water share between these rivers.

Also I am trying to get more reports from Kaveri, Palar, and Then Pennai rivers which may help us to integrate these three big rivers to be very useful for North Tamil Nadu.  I hope Tamil Nadu Government may take action against this system and they should give reports to Central Government to do the same.

Also I have found the distance between Kaveri and Then Pennai river in Dharmapuri district from one end to other end is 38 Kilo Meter which may help dry areas in Dharmapuri district.
